Background

The Titan 68HE is a newcomer to the scene, but boy is it a heavy hitter. With its stellar combination of premium materials, magnetic switches, and jaw-dropping aesthetics, it’s a board that’s hard to ignore. I recently got my hands on the "Interstellar" blue unit, and let me tell you—this keyboard is out of this world.

Form

Right out of the box, the Interstellar blue finish screams premium. The CNC-machined aluminum case is a single solid piece, and it’s flawless—no visible imperfections, just a smooth, striking blue with a yellow accent that elevates the design. The little pill-shaped section at the top left even lights up, bringing the colours together. The front lip features a slanted extension, a unique touch that sets the Titan 68 HE apart from the sea of rectangular slabs on the market.

The backplate isn’t a flashy brass or mirrored surface, but its high-quality design is elegant and cohesive. Every color option—whether the futuristic EVA purple, sleek Printstream black and white, or vibrant Zaku red—is executed beautifully. To be completely honest, I would usually pick a favourite, but it really does feel impossible because Titan Nation nailed every design. They’re not just coloured cases but fully fleshed-out themes, which makes every option uniquely memorable.

The keyboard’s RGB game is strong, with super bright LEDs and a variety of presets to light up your desk. While the stock PBT/PC keycaps are great for gaming and grip, I found the translucent modifiers really shine (literally) when paired with RGB effects. However, I did swap mine for GMK Metropolis to really make that blue-and-yellow combo pop. Sets like the Metropolis, Night Runner, or Awaken really do sing on this board. A sleeper pick would be our Uma Musume Keycaps; the blues work super well together!

One nice surprise is the fidget button on the back. It feels like a giant clicky switch, and honestly, it’s just fun to play with. It’s little details like this that show the thought put into the design.

Function

Performance-wise, the Titan 68 HE does not disappoint. The stock Gateron Magnetic Jade switches are already excellent, delivering a super thocky sound profile right out of the box. There’s minimal pinging or unwanted noise, which is impressive considering the challenges magnetic switches often face in acoustics. The stabilizers are well-tuned from the factory, with only minor imperfections that you’d only notice if you’re obsessively comparing them to meticulously tuned TX AP stabs.

The excellent switches and low typing angle contribute to an ergonomic experience that feels perfect for long gaming or typing sessions. Many aluminum cases tend to have steep typing angles, but the Titan 68 HE keeps things comfortable at around 4°—a massive win in my book.

Obviously, we would be remiss not to mention that this is a magnetic keyboard. Everything that I’ve been raving about is in a MAGNETIC KEYBOARD! As in, this keyboard will make your counterstrafes insanely tight. Will make your movement flawlessly smooth. Will make your Qiyana combos lightning-fast. The hall-effect performance rivals that of the Wooting 80HE: 8000hz polling rate, 0.125ms latency, and rapid trigger technology. The fact that it has such a nice design, typing performance, and gaming performance completely stock is a huge rarity in the keyboard space.

My Thoughts

The Titan 68 HE is a testament to how far magnetic keyboards have come. From its stellar acoustics to its impeccable build quality, this keyboard is as functional as it is beautiful. While I’m not the biggest fan of the included keycaps as a more minimalist typist, they’re perfect for those who love RGB and gaming.

This board hits all the right notes—design, performance, and comfort. Whether you’re drawn to the beautiful themes or the low typing angle, the Titan 68 HE offers something for everyone. If you’re looking for a premium gaming keyboard that doesn’t compromise on style or substance, the Titan 68 HE is a must-have.
