Tell us about your dream keyboard...
By submitting a commission request, you are proposing a keyboard build. Toronto KeyboardMan reserves the right to decline any build proposal.
Please ensure your keyboard is securely packaged with no loose parts when shipping it to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes. Toronto KeyboardMan is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. However, please contact us with any issues—we are committed to helping to the best of our ability.
We will inspect your kit upon arrival and notify you of any visible damage, but you are responsible for testing all components before sending them. It’s recommended to include extra switches in case of defects.
Once the build is complete and tested, you assume full responsibility for any post-completion issues. We also reserve the right to refuse and return unsanitary or unusable parts at your expense.
