EU CONSUMER RIGHTS
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
For physical goods, the withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires by sending us a clear statement.

- Your full name
- Your order number
- The email address used for the order
- The product(s) you wish to return
- A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

Returning the Goods
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
Please contact us before returning your order so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. You remain responsible for the returned goods until they are received by us.
Condition of Returned Goods
You may inspect the goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, similar to how you would inspect them in a physical retail store.
You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Where reasonably possible, returned products should include all original accessories, components, manuals, and packaging.
Refunds
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received from you in relation to the withdrawn purchase, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order, where required by applicable law.
If you selected a more expensive shipping method than our standard delivery option, the additional shipping cost is not refundable.
Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply in certain circumstances provided by applicable law, including where relevant:
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
- Sealed software that has been unsealed after delivery
- Digital content supplied without a physical medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment
Any exception will be assessed in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.
This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods.
