Shipping Policy

 

We offer shipping to the US and Canada via Canada Post. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to fulfill your order before it is shipped. Rest assured—we are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible. Once shipped, delivery times typically range from 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may affect delivery times.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship the available items immediately and send the pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as they are available. If you receive only part of your order initially, please allow additional time for the delivery of the remaining items.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if you provided a mobile phone number) with a tracking ID and link. To track your package, please follow the link or visit our Tracking Page.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to become available.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We strive to process and ship orders quickly, so there is only a small window to make changes to an incorrect address. If you believe you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@torontokeyboardman.com.

Returns:

By placing an order on Toronto Keyboardman Tech, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Toronto Keyboardman Tech is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to the respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
