Shipping Policy

We offer shipping to the US, Canada, EU, and Australia via various couriers. Please allow 1 business day for us to fulfill your order before it is shipped. Rest assured—we are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible. Once shipped, delivery times typically range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the service you chose. Please note that holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may affect delivery times.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do ship worldwide. However, certain addresses may be restricted if our carriers are unable to deliver to those locations. During checkout, you can enter your country and postal/ZIP code to check availability.

Important Notes for International Orders:

  • Shipping rates do not include customs duties, tariffs, VAT, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Free shipping promotions apply only to postage costs and do not cover brokerage, customs fees, or signature-on-delivery services.

Will I Be Charged Customs/Import Fees If I'm Outside Canada?

If you are ordering from outside Canada, your country’s customs office may apply import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. Any such fees are the customer’s responsibility. Keep an eye out for carrier notifications regarding payment upon delivery.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship the available items immediately and send the pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as they are available. If you receive only part of your order initially, please allow additional time for the delivery of the remaining items.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if you provided a mobile phone number) with a tracking ID and link. To track your package, please follow the link or visit our Tracking Page.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to become available.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We strive to process and ship orders quickly, so there is only a small window to make changes to an incorrect address. If you believe you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@torontokeyboardman.com.

Returns:

By placing an order on Toronto Keyboardman Tech, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost/Damaged Packages:

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, or if your package arrives damaged, please report the issue to our support team. We will open a ticket on your behalf, and you may be eligible for a refund or reshipment.

For damaged items, clear photos of the damaged product and packaging are required to process your claim.

If your tracking information has not been updated for 14 days (for US and Canadian shipments) or 21 days (for international shipments), you will be eligible for a full refund or reshipment.

All claims must be submitted within 1 year of the original shipment date.
