Parts and assembly. Assembly is free when you buy the PCB, case and switches from us. Own switches use the assembly service fee. Canadian tax is calculated at checkout.

Payment and shipping. In-stock builds usually ship within 2 days. Free shipping over $179 to Canada and the US, or pickup in Markham.

Warranty Handled by Us

A 1-year warranty comes with the build, and some parts are covered for up to 4 years. We replace a covered part first. Parts you supply yourself are not covered.

Will my selected PCB fit the case?

Every PCB in the builder is a GH60-standard 60% magnetic PCB. 61-key layouts fit every case we offer.

Can I use my own keycaps or switches?

Yes. Install your own keycaps when the keyboard arrives. Own switches use the assembly service fee.

Can I pick up my keyboard in person?

Yes. Collect it from 160 Gibson Dr, Unit 9, Markham. Open 1–6 pm, Sundays 1–5 pm, closed Thursdays.
