Magnetic Gaming Keyboard

Hall effect keyboards

Hall effect keyboards use magnets instead of metal contacts, so you choose how far each key goes before it fires. Rapid trigger resets it the moment you lift. That's why so many FPS players made the switch. Looking for a regular mechanical board? See all keyboards.

Is a hall effect keyboard worth it?

If you play Valorant, CS2 or anything where strafing matters, yes. You'll feel rapid trigger right away. If you only type, the difference is smaller and a mechanical board may suit you better.

Can I swap the switches?

Magnetic switches aren't universal between boards. Check the product page before you buy, or just ask us. Browse hall effect switches, or read our picks for the best silent hall effect switches.
