Does this ship with a PCB or switches?
No. Ego60 is a case-only kit — the case, stainless backplate, FR4 plate, foams, asymmetric gasket beads, screws, and a matching attachable charm. Bring your own GH60-compatible PCB (such as the Wooting 60HE) and the switches you prefer.
What does "asymmetric gasket" mean?
The gasket beads are placed unevenly around the plate rather than at symmetric points. The practical result: more flex and cushion through the alpha cluster, and a tighter, snappier feel around the modifier rows.
How does the ball-catch work?
Instead of corner screws, the top and bottom shells lock together with sprung ball-catches. Pop the case apart and back together by hand — no tool required to swap foams or plates.
Will my Wooting 60HE fit?
Yes. The included FR4 plate is cut for the Wooting 60HE, 60HE+, and 60HE V2, and the case is built to the GH60 standard, so any GH60-footprint PCB drops in.
What's the typing angle and front height?
18 mm front height with a 6° typing angle — on the lower side of 60% custom cases, which pairs well with cylindrical and low-profile keycap sets.
