The Obsidian Ultra Masterful DIY Mouse Skates are universal 0.85mm (±0.05mm) dots with a 6.5mm diameter. The hard, finely frosted surface increases friction at the contact point and the hardened PTFE adds braking power for emergency stops — while the new anti-collapse filling layer keeps every dot flat and in full contact, with upgraded noise & vibration reduction tech.
Apply as many or as few as you want. Fewer dots = faster glide. More dots = more control and slower stop. Tune your skates the way you tune your sensitivity.

Obsidian Ultra vs Jade Ultra — which should I pick?
Obsidian Ultra = control and braking (hardened, frosted surface, for cloth & glass). Jade Ultra = smooth fast glide (pure PTFE, for cloth & plastic). Pick by whether you want stop or speed.
How many dots should I use per mouse?
Start with the same number and positions as your mouse's original feet. From there: add more dots to slow the glide and increase control, or remove dots to speed up.
Will these work on my mouse pad?
Yes for cloth and glass mouse pads. Not for coated or plastic pads — the hardened frosted surface is tuned for cloth and glass texture.
Refund & Return Policy
For standard voluntary returns, submit a request within 14 calendar days of delivery. Products must meet the applicable unused, packaging, accessory, and product-specific requirements.
Voluntary return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Contact us before arranging a return for an incorrect, defective, damaged, or materially misdescribed product.

All shipments include shipping protection to safeguard against loss or damage during transit.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with an investigation or claim.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Free Shipping (Canada & United States Only)
Canada: Free standard shipping on orders of CAD $179 or more.
United States: Free standard shipping on orders of USD $179 or more.
Europe & Other International Destinations: Free shipping is not available. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

4. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Unless a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping option is selected, customers outside Canada are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other related charges imposed by the destination country.
For orders shipped using DDP, applicable import duties and taxes covered by the selected shipping service are prepaid. Customers will not be required to pay those covered charges again upon delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to circumstances attributable to the buyer, including but not limited to:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Failure or refusal to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees
Refusal to accept delivery
Failure to collect a package from the carrier within the required timeframe
The buyer will be responsible for the actual costs and losses resulting from the failed delivery, including applicable return shipping fees, additional shipping charges, customs charges, and carrier handling fees.
If the package is returned to us, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, after accounting for applicable costs and losses where permitted by law.
If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please check with your local carrier or neighbours before contacting us.
