Three shots of plastic. Zero ink.

Tripleshot molding runs three separate injections into one cap — the body, the legend, and a third layer for the accent detail. Because each element is its own piece of plastic rather than a coating, the legends can't fade, wear off, or shine away with use.

It's a slower, more expensive way to make a keycap. It's also the only way a legend outlives the board it's on.

PBT is the denser, drier-feeling keycap plastic — more textured than ABS under the fingertip, and far more resistant to the greasy shine that develops on high-traffic keys over months of typing.

Common questions.

Will Crosshair fit my keyboard?
If your board uses Cherry MX switches or MX-style clones — Gateron, Kailh, JWK, Akko, Outemu and so on — the caps will mount. The thing to check isn't the switch, it's the layout: confirm your board's key sizes (bottom row, shift, backspace) are covered by the kit you select.
What does "tripleshot" actually mean?
Three separate plastic injections are molded into a single keycap — body, legend, and accent. Nothing is printed or lasered on top, so the legends physically cannot wear off.
Why won't my LED indicator caps light up?
Almost always switch orientation. The lamp keycaps are designed for south-facing switch LEDs. On a north-facing board the caps still fit and function normally — the light just sits under the cap body instead of shining through the legend.
Is a keyboard included?
No. This listing is keycaps only. You'll need a keyboard with MX-style switches already installed.
How is Cherry profile different from OEM?
Cherry is slightly shorter than OEM with a subtler top-surface angle. Both are sculpted row by row, but Cherry sits lower overall — most people describe it as the more compact, more "settled" of the two.
Do I need to keep the tray?
Worth it. The set ships in an ABS keycaps tray with a designed cover, which is the tidiest way to store whichever caps your layout doesn't use.

For standard voluntary returns, submit a request within 14 calendar days of delivery. Products must meet the applicable unused, packaging, accessory, and product-specific requirements.

Voluntary return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Contact us before arranging a return for an incorrect, defective, damaged, or materially misdescribed product.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Protection & Insurance

All shipments include shipping protection to safeguard against loss or damage during transit.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with an investigation or claim.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Free Shipping (Canada & United States Only)

  • Canada: Free standard shipping on orders of CAD $179 or more.
  • United States: Free standard shipping on orders of USD $179 or more.
  • Europe & Other International Destinations: Free shipping is not available. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Within Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (GTA Only): Same or Next Business Day
  • Expedited Shipping (Ontario): 1–2 business days

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

International Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Unless a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping option is selected, customers outside Canada are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other related charges imposed by the destination country.

For orders shipped using DDP, applicable import duties and taxes covered by the selected shipping service are prepaid. Customers will not be required to pay those covered charges again upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Shipping Address, Failed Delivery & Buyer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to circumstances attributable to the buyer, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Failure or refusal to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Failure to collect a package from the carrier within the required timeframe

The buyer will be responsible for the actual costs and losses resulting from the failed delivery, including applicable return shipping fees, additional shipping charges, customs charges, and carrier handling fees.

If the package is returned to us, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, after accounting for applicable costs and losses where permitted by law.

If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please check with your local carrier or neighbours before contacting us.
