What is Rapid Trigger?
Rapid Trigger removes the fixed reset point from a switch. Normally a key must travel back past a physical threshold before it can register again. With Rapid Trigger, the switch resets the moment you start lifting — and fires the moment you start pressing. At 0.01mm precision, this is effectively instantaneous. Most useful in FPS games for strafing and counter-strafing.
What is the difference between 8K polling and standard 1K polling?
Standard gaming peripherals poll at 1,000Hz — input read once per millisecond. At 8,000Hz, input is read every 0.125ms. For a keypad used in competitive gaming, this reduces worst-case input delay from 1ms to 0.125ms.
Does this work on Mac?
Yes, macOS 10.10 and later is supported for basic use. The Bibimbap Web software requires a Chromium-based browser with Web HID support — Chrome 129+, Edge 128+, or Opera 113+.
What software does it use?
Bibimbap Web — a browser-based configuration tool. No installation required. Configure keymaps, macros, profiles, lighting, and LCD display content through the web interface.

Cancellation
You may cancel an order before we fulfilled it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process to your original method of payment.
Returns
Please note that we currently do not accept returns from the EU or OCE. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, including but not limited to:
Items showing obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
In these cases, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund, depending on the condition of the returned item.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Discounted items cannot be refunded.
