Premium Glass Construction
The surface uses aluminosilicate glass, a chemically strengthened material commonly used in premium device displays. This gives the pad excellent durability, high resistance to pressure and impact, and a consistently smooth glide surface for high-speed gameplay.
Layered Build for Performance and Stability
Multi-Layer Construction
Superglide 3 is built with a multi-layer structure to improve both durability and real-world usability. The glass surface provides the fast and smooth glide, while the molded silicone base helps keep the pad planted during gameplay.
This layered design creates a more reliable glass mousepad experience by balancing speed, rigidity, and anti-slip stability. Compared with a basic hard pad construction, it feels more refined and more secure on the desk.
Refined R-Edge Design
The Soft R-Edge machining is one of the biggest refinements on Superglide 3. Pulsar increased the corner radius and applied a smoother edge finish to reduce arm drag and prevent uncomfortable edge contact during long sessions.
This results in a more fluid experience for both wrist and arm movement, especially for players using larger mouse motions. It helps the pad feel less harsh than conventional glass pads while preserving the fast glide that glass users want.

2. Shipping Protection & Insurance
All shipments include shipping protection to safeguard against loss or damage during transit.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with an investigation or claim.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Free Shipping (Canada & United States Only)
Canada: Free standard shipping on orders of CAD $179 or more.
United States: Free standard shipping on orders of USD $179 or more.
Europe & Other International Destinations: Free shipping is not available. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Express Shipping (GTA Only): Same or Next Business Day
Expedited Shipping (Ontario): 1–2 business days
United States

All estimated delivery times are subject to carrier operations, customs processing, and other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
You can track your order through the courier's website for the latest delivery updates.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Unless a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping option is selected, customers outside Canada are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other related charges imposed by the destination country.
For orders shipped using DDP, applicable import duties and taxes covered by the selected shipping service are prepaid. Customers will not be required to pay those covered charges again upon delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to circumstances attributable to the buyer, including but not limited to:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Failure or refusal to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees
Refusal to accept delivery
Failure to collect a package from the carrier within the required timeframe
The buyer will be responsible for the actual costs and losses resulting from the failed delivery, including applicable return shipping fees, additional shipping charges, customs charges, and carrier handling fees.
If the package is returned to us, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, after accounting for applicable costs and losses where permitted by law.
If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please check with your local carrier or neighbours before contacting us.
