The Wuque Titanium Switch Puller is a precision tool from Wuque Studio, machined from full titanium alloy. The titanium construction makes the puller exceptionally light yet extremely durable — engineered to slip between switches in tight plate cutouts, depress switch tabs cleanly, and last build after build without bending, deforming, or scraping the case.

The Wuque Titanium Switch Puller is primarily designed for plate-mounted (soldered) switch removal — depressing the switch tabs from the top. For hot-swap boards, a standard top-pull switch puller usually works fine, but this tool can also assist when switches sit tight in the plate.
Why does the Prism colorway vary between units?
The Prism colorway uses an iridescent multi-tone finish where the hue distribution naturally varies from batch to batch. Every Prism puller has its own unique tonal mix — that variation is part of the colorway's character, not a defect.
Is this compatible with all mechanical keyboard switches?
The puller is designed for switches with standard MX-style tabs — which covers the vast majority of modern mechanical and Hall Effect switches on the market.

All shipments include shipping protection to safeguard against loss or damage during transit.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with an investigation or claim.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Free Shipping (Canada & United States Only)

  • Canada: Free standard shipping on orders of CAD $179 or more.
  • United States: Free standard shipping on orders of USD $179 or more.
  • Europe & Other International Destinations: Free shipping is not available. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Within Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (GTA Only): Same or Next Business Day
  • Expedited Shipping (Ontario): 1–2 business days

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Unless a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping option is selected, customers outside Canada are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other related charges imposed by the destination country.

For orders shipped using DDP, applicable import duties and taxes covered by the selected shipping service are prepaid. Customers will not be required to pay those covered charges again upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Shipping Address, Failed Delivery & Buyer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to circumstances attributable to the buyer, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Failure or refusal to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Failure to collect a package from the carrier within the required timeframe

The buyer will be responsible for the actual costs and losses resulting from the failed delivery, including applicable return shipping fees, additional shipping charges, customs charges, and carrier handling fees.

If the package is returned to us, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, after accounting for applicable costs and losses where permitted by law.
