Is this keycap set compatible with Cherry MX switches?
Yes. Every keycap uses a Cherry MX-style stem and is fully compatible with Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh, TTC, Akko, Outemu, Durock, JWK, Boba, and all other MX-compatible switches.
What profile are these keycaps?
Cherry profile — a low-profile, sculpted keycap shape preferred for its ergonomic typing angle and premium feel. Row heights are sculpted (R1–R4) for comfortable touch-typing.
What material are these keycaps made of?
The keycaps use PBT for durability and shine resistance, PC for the translucent accent caps (to support RGB shine-through), and genuine moissanite stones hand-set into select decorative caps.
Are the legends shine-through for RGB backlighting?
The alpha legends are hot-stamped in gold on an opaque PBT base, so they are not shine-through. However, the set includes PC translucent accent caps that allow RGB lighting to filter through decorative elements.
Does the set support ISO layouts?
This set is designed for ANSI (US English) layouts. ISO UK, ISO DE, or other regional layouts may have missing or incompatible kits — please verify your keyboard layout before purchase.
How should I clean and care for the keycaps?

2. Shipping Protection & Insurance

All shipments include shipping protection to safeguard against loss or damage during transit.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with an investigation or claim.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Free Shipping (Canada & United States Only)

  • Canada: Free standard shipping on orders of CAD $179 or more.
  • United States: Free standard shipping on orders of USD $179 or more.
  • Europe & Other International Destinations: Free shipping is not available. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Within Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (GTA Only): Same or Next Business Day
  • Expedited Shipping (Ontario): 1–2 business days

United States

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Unless a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping option is selected, customers outside Canada are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other related charges imposed by the destination country.

For orders shipped using DDP, applicable import duties and taxes covered by the selected shipping service are prepaid. Customers will not be required to pay those covered charges again upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Shipping Address, Failed Delivery & Buyer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to circumstances attributable to the buyer, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to collect a package from the carrier within the required timeframe
