Common questions

What switches does this take?

This is a Hall Effect PCB — it reads Magnetic Switches, not mechanical switches. Compatible with most standard HE switches on the market, including Wooting Lekker, Gateron Magnetic Jade / Jade Pro / Jade Attraction, Everglide Cullinan HE, GravaStar UFO, and Keytok Nova.

Can I use regular mechanical switches?

No. Hall Effect PCBs sense the magnet inside a Magnetic Switch — regular mechanical MX switches have no magnet and won't register. Use Magnetic / HE switches only.

Does it support Rapid Trigger?

Yes — Rapid Trigger, SOCD cleaning, and DKS (Dynamic Keystroke) are all supported in firmware. Configuration happens in a browser-based web driver, no software install required.

What exactly is "preinstalled"?

The PCB, PC plate, and plate-mount stabilizers all ship assembled together as a single module. Just add Magnetic Switches and drop into a case.

Will it fit my 60% case?

Yes — the module uses the universal GH60 61-key layout, so it fits any standard 60% / GH60 case.

Wired or wireless?

Wired only.

For standard voluntary returns, submit a request within 14 calendar days of delivery. Products must meet the applicable unused, packaging, accessory, and product-specific requirements.

Voluntary return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Contact us before arranging a return for an incorrect, defective, damaged, or materially misdescribed product.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Protection & Insurance

All shipments include shipping protection to safeguard against loss or damage during transit.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with an investigation or claim.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Free Shipping (Canada & United States Only)

  • Canada: Free standard shipping on orders of CAD $179 or more.
  • United States: Free standard shipping on orders of USD $179 or more.
  • Europe & Other International Destinations: Free shipping is not available. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Within Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (GTA Only): Same or Next Business Day
  • Expedited Shipping (Ontario): 1–2 business days

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

International Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

All estimated delivery times are subject to carrier operations, customs processing, and other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

You can track your order through the courier's website for the latest delivery updates.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Unless a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping option is selected, customers outside Canada are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other related charges imposed by the destination country.

For orders shipped using DDP, applicable import duties and taxes covered by the selected shipping service are prepaid. Customers will not be required to pay those covered charges again upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Shipping Address, Failed Delivery & Buyer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to circumstances attributable to the buyer, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Failure or refusal to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Failure to collect a package from the carrier within the required timeframe

The buyer will be responsible for the actual costs and losses resulting from the failed delivery, including applicable return shipping fees, additional shipping charges, customs charges, and carrier handling fees.

If the package is returned to us, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, after accounting for applicable costs and losses where permitted by law.

If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please check with your local carrier or neighbours before contacting us.
