BEAST G uses Microcrystalline Composite — an engineered composite designed for a lightweight solid shell, stable body feel, and a clean surface finish. It is not magnesium alloy, and it is not carbon fiber. It is a different material platform created to make the BEAST shape lighter, smoother, and more approachable for a wider range of players.

Common questions.

Which BEAST G size should I pick?
Medium is the safest, most balanced fit for most players. Pick Mini if you prefer a smaller, faster mouse (best for claw / fingertip grip on smaller hands). Pick Max for more hand support and a fuller palm shape.
Is performance different between Mini, Medium, and Max?
No. All three sizes use the same performance platform: PAW3950HS sensor, Nordic 54L15 MCU, Kailh optical V2 switches, and 8000Hz polling. Only the shell shape and weight differ.
What's Microcrystalline Composite?
An engineered composite material designed for a lightweight solid shell, stable structure, and clean surface finish. It is not magnesium alloy and not carbon fiber — it's a different material platform built specifically for this product line.
Does it support 8000Hz polling?
Yes — both wired and wireless. Polling options run from 125 Hz up to 8000 Hz, configured through the web-based driver.
How is the standard BEAST G different from the WLMOUSE × FEIRENZAI Limited Edition?
Same performance platform underneath. The standard version comes in Black, White, and Silver finishes. The WLMOUSE × FEIRENZAI Limited Edition features seven artist-designed shells. Note: due to surface-finishing differences, the Limited Edition and the white version may be very slightly heavier than the other finishes.
What's included in the box?
Mouse, 8K dongle, USB-C cable, one set of PTFE skates, 20 dot skates, two sheets of grip tape, and a carry case.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Protection & Insurance

All shipments include shipping protection to safeguard against loss or damage during transit.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with an investigation or claim.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Free Shipping (Canada & United States Only)

  • Canada: Free standard shipping on orders of CAD $179 or more.
  • United States: Free standard shipping on orders of USD $179 or more.
  • Europe & Other International Destinations: Free shipping is not available. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Within Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (GTA Only): Same or Next Business Day
  • Expedited Shipping (Ontario): 1–2 business days

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

4. Order Tracking

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Unless a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping option is selected, customers outside Canada are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other related charges imposed by the destination country.

For orders shipped using DDP, applicable import duties and taxes covered by the selected shipping service are prepaid. Customers will not be required to pay those covered charges again upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Shipping Address, Failed Delivery & Buyer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to circumstances attributable to the buyer, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Failure or refusal to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Failure to collect a package from the carrier within the required timeframe

The buyer will be responsible for the actual costs and losses resulting from the failed delivery, including applicable return shipping fees, additional shipping charges, customs charges, and carrier handling fees.
