The Toronto Keyboardman modding kit for the 60HE has helped me achieve the sound profile I’ve been chasing since transitioning from mechanical keyboards to HE keyboards.

Also, you have to come into this knowing that sound, especially regarding HE switches, is for the most part clacky or a muted clack. This kit rounds out the clack, making it livelier and, in some switch cases, even more pronounced. I’m currently using the Owlab Ti HE, which naturally has a heavy clack, and with the kit, it provides a poppy, marbly clack if that makes sense. I’ve also tested the kit with Gateron Jade Pros, which produce a somewhat similar sound, just with a slightly deeper clack.

Gateron green dragon is amazing. 4 days and it was delivered. Cheaper than Amazon.

I use these switches in a Keyboardio Atreus, which I take with me to client meetings when I travel for work. I am able to take detailed notes in these meetings without disturbing anyone, including anyone dialed in on a conference phone or Zoom session. These switches are absolutely silent compared to something like my Macbook Pro; this keyboard and these switches replaced my previous travel keyboard, a ZSA Voyager which is a fantastic board, but I really like full size switches with longer travel - that and this keyboard is much easier to throw in my backpack. This review was slightly delayed, but the service I got from TKM was absolutely stellar, I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Consistently lubed long pole switches that feel good enough to use out of the box. Very flat force curve with the 37g specification.

This is pretty cool. Everything works, with some effort on your end. The kit has a lot of extras that help improve the sound profile, especially if you're running different keycaps.

I love them. They are very smooth to type on, no catching or interruptions at all. The sound is deep and very pleasing. Shipped very fast and has excellent quality!
